HP Omen 15 2016 Parts Scrapping

After trying some BIOS modding on my 2016 HP Omen 15 laptop, it released the magic blue smoke that I could not put back in. With the motherboard toast, I figured I could use the still working components for something else useful. The two components I was able to repurpose were the keyboard and the display.

Material Stack: 3mm acrylic, 3mm aluminum, 1mm steel, keyboard.


15.6" portable monitor build using display from broken laptop.
